Beyond the Threshold

Was handcrafted by A Better Tent City resident to be showcased at the Beyond the Threshold Exhibit at The Canadian Clay & Glass Gallery where they have been on display since September. The exhibit showcases 18 artists who explore the realities of homelessness and housing insecurity in Canada through their work. The collaboration between Canadian Clay & Glass Gallery and Tiny City Makers inspired the exhibit.

The creativity of each piece is connected to the artist who made it. Every piece reflects a cabin from our site, interpreted through fused glass, light, and colour. Together they offer a view into the creativity, resilience, and lived experience at A Better Tent City.

All proceeds will continue to light hope, foster creativity, and contribute to the well being of A Better Tent City residents through art therapy programming with Tiny City Makers.
